If one of these days, a war begins in Europe, we'll can eat with help of Sudiste.
He shows us video about "how to catch Palombes", he tells us everything we must know about the palombe's fly.
Sudiste is a kind of spiritual guide for us.

And most importantly, sudiste has a beret made in Béarn.
